Job Description

Pro2Serve is seeking a talented and resourceful Program Analyst. The position will report directly to the USACE in-country Program Manager. This position will work closely with other USACE personnel and must provide a positive and helpful experience for all stakeholders. Ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced organizer, and planner with the demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.

The day-to-day responsibilities for this position include project tracking and will require planning ahead, pragmatic prioritization of short and long-term concerns, and coordinating closely with project team leadership and other executives. The USACE Program Manager works closely with dozens of stakeholders and customers so attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities is key. The successful candidate will possess the skills to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround.

Key responsibilities include:
Drive team activities including staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering, and cyclical events such as annual planning sessions and performance reviews

  • Manage multiple and sometimes conflicting schedule and project priorities and provide visibility and advice on time management
  • Track, edit and help drive completion of key deliverables, presentations and follow up on outstanding items
  • Ability to hold project staff accountable in getting content for PM’s presentations, briefs, paper and reports
  • Provide day-to-day support including USACE internal and external project reports, project tracking, and expense reporting
  • This position will require creating and editing PowerPoint presentations. Superb skills will be critical.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel·


Job Requirements

High school diploma required; BS/BA or equivalent highly desirable

5-10 years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in verbal and written Arabic and English

Experience conducting administrative management of programs and projects, including document management, budget / cost reporting and tracking

Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office; Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel.

Experience working within complex organizational structures

Experience with recruiting, staffing, new-hire onboarding, and orientation.

Excellent written skills and the ability to communicate technical information to different audiences with ease

Proactive, and very detail-oriented; creative approach to problem solving and planning

Strong history of personal and professional integrity and discretion

Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
