E-TAS was formed and dedicated to support the Department of Energy (DOE) Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) with technical and management services contributing to the safe and cost effective implementation of the “One PPPO” mission.

Job Description

Position inputs incident reports, creates and distributes the PPPO Monthly Safety Summaries, and tracks labor hours for Paducah and Portsmouth PPPO operations.

Creates and distributes the weekly oversight reports, provides monthly report of site Oversight Teams, and creates and maintains Facility Representative (FR) Observation corrective actions.

Training (includes communicating/coordinating with other site contractor training leads) – track training, schedule physicals and classroom training, provide training notifications, etc. Set up training accounts for new employees. Provide a weekly report of upcoming training to Managers and Supervisors. Issue required reading, maintain files, and track status of completion.

Conduct weekly site contractor deliverables meeting for the DOE Site Lead. Review the site contractor Deliverables Tracking Report and provide comments/status updates to the Deliverables Tracking Coordinator. Send monthly report of deliverables to Oversight personnel. Provide a weekly report of upcoming deliverables to DOE staff.

Update assessment/surveillance status in the Paducah Weekly Oversight Report. Complete Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan reviews of Infrastructure Contractor Training Department (monthly). Create and maintain monthly track/trend reports and include in the PPPO Monthly Safety Summaries. Input findings from assessments/surveillances into management tracking system for tracking and trending. Attend Quality Advisory Team Meetings and Corrective Action Plan verification status meetings.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and five years’ experience or ten years of relevant experience
  • DOE Experience in supporting D&D, D&R, S&M, Infrastructure and operations activities
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with database management
  • Experience in office administration (e.g., planning meetings, handling security and travel arrangements, and invoicing, etc.)
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in the production of deliverables and in interactions with fellow employees and client personnel.

    Preferred Qualifications


  • Knowledge of Livelink
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • DOE Records Management experience

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
