Pro2Serve Inc. has an upcoming opportunity for an entry level Software Application Support Specialist with primarily remote work, reporting to managers from our InVizion LLC business unit in Bala Cynwyd, PA.


Program Managers and Executives use InVizion as a management tool for

modeling, comparing and communicating program scenarios and assessing change impacts in real-time, in order to optimize a revised execution strategy. Over the past year, InVizion’s program planning tool has helped the Department of Energy Environmental Management Program achieve $2 billion in cost avoidance and 12% reduction in lifecycle costs.  Pro2Serve, Inc. is an employee owned company. and



Job Description

As a Application Support Specialist, you’ll play an important role in the quality assurance and development of InVizion’s product releases. You will collaborate with software developers, business analysts and internal users on a team to make sure the product features are functioning as designed. The team practices agile software development methods, and is used to working under tight deadlines.

You will be trained on product features and gain an understanding of how business users may want to use the software. When learning and testing a new feature of InVizion software, it'll be up to you to interact with the software as a user would and try to ‘break’ it. As you gain expertise in the software, you will be able to support end-users by answering their queries, resolving reported issues, contributing to product documentation and training.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering; and minimum of 2 years’ experience using Windows-based and web-based applications.
  • Good communications skills
  • Good technical writing skills  
  • Good presentation skills

Nice to Have: Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server or Oracle; familiarity with project management software or financial software

Flexible Benefits Plan

InVizion offers a flexible benefits plan to professionals who average working 20 hours or more per week on a regular ongoing basis. Eligibility for Medical and Dental require average of 30 hours per a week. Participants in the plan may pay for benefits with pre-tax dollars under IRS Section 125.

Plan choices are:

  • Major Medical Plan with Prescription Card and Dental and Vision Plans. Pro2Serve participates in the best medical, dental, and vision plans available in today’s changing environment.
  • Professionals averaging 20 hours or more per week on a regular ongoing basis are eligible to purchase voluntary life insurance with pre-tax dollars under the flexible benefits plan. The company also provides long-term disability coverage for professionals averaging 20 hours or more per week on a regular on-going basis. Short-term disability coverage is available to eligible employees to purchase with post-tax dollars under the flexible benefits plan.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts. InVizion offers professionals, who qualify to participate in the Section 125 Plan, the opportunity to establish a medical and/or dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). These accounts are set aside with pre-tax dollars to pay dependent care expenses and/or medical bills such as day care, medical and dental deductibles, co-pays, and optical and orthodontic care.


Retirement Plan

New employees can enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan the first of the month after date of hire. Pro2Serve matches with Employee stock for the first 3 percent of contributions at 100 percent and the next 2 percent of contributions at 50 percent (4 percent match possible).  


Comprehensive Leave

Employees earn Comprehensive Leave, which may be used for vacation, illness, or personal time off. Accrual rates vary based upon years of service.
