Job Description:
Provides analytical and financial support and advice to federal program managers on assigned tasks and projects. Analyzes Technical Security program from a cost and budget perspective. Reviews and models operating procedures and identify and document performance improvement initiatives and activities. Provides Technical Security operational and strategic planning and support, including the analysis and preparation of relevant Technical Security policy. Tracks and assists the Program Manager in managing Technical Security Projects and procurements. Reviews technical documents, including project proposals, program plans, and monthly technical security reports. Prepares and distributes office correspondence, briefings, weekly activity reports, visit requests and other office documents as required.Coordinates program office management activities including federal managers’ schedules, meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements, records management, and other office duties as assigned. Conducts independent research, obtain information from various sources, and perform special studies as needed to develop innovative solutions to complex Technical Security challenges. Arranges schedules, venues, and participants for periodic program reviews. Actively participates in meetings and at a minimum capture and review minutes, action items, and attendance.Communicates effectively to internal and external program participants in writing, on the phone, and in person to assist the Federal Program Manager to accomplish critical program related decisions.

Job Requirements:
7 years of relevant experience
Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Either an active DOE Q, or TS clearance, or a favorably adjudicated Tier V personnel security background investigation and current SCI eligibility.

Federal Government Clearance:
This position requires the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position requires testing for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government to obtain access authorization prior to employment. Subsequent reinvestigations and drug testing may be required.
